The Auto Renewal Service is a convenient feature that allows customers to automatically renew their subscribed plan without manually subscribing again each day. Once the service is activated, the customer's plan will automatically renew every 24 hours, provided that there is sufficient airtime balance.
If the customer does not have enough airtime at the time of renewal, the plan will not be renewed. Customers can add sufficient airtime to continue using the service.

How Auto Renewal Works:
Step 1: Customer subscribes to an eligible plan.
Step 2: Auto Renewal is activated for the subscribed plan.
Step 3: After 24 hours, the system checks the customer's airtime balance.
Step 4: If sufficient airtime is available, the plan automatically renews.
Step 5: If there is insufficient airtime, the renewal is not processed.
